What this is
miniHabits is an iPhone habit tracker published by Florent Berrez. Using the app means accepting the terms on this page. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
A free tier that does not expire, two paid plans you pick between — one yearly, one bought once — and a habit log that stays on your phone.
miniHabits is an iPhone habit tracker published by Florent Berrez. Using the app means accepting the terms on this page. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
The free tier is a real tracker, not a trial, and it does not expire: ten habits, every tracking mode, streak shields, routines and eight themes.
miniHabits Pro unlocks unlimited habits, all 23 themes, the matching app icons, Face ID lock, anonymous sync and the deeper stats. It is sold two ways, and you choose which: Pro Yearly at 25 € for one year, or Pro Lifetime at 34,99 € once.
Pro Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews for another year, at the price then shown in the App Store, unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the current year ends. Renewal is managed in your Apple Account settings, not in the app, and cancelling there stops the next charge while leaving the year you paid for running to its end.
Pro Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase. It is bought once, never renews, and covers every future release.
Both are tied to your Apple Account, not to a device. Reinstalling, or signing in on another iPhone with the same Apple Account, restores your plan with the Restore button on the unlock screen.
Payment is taken by Apple, not by us. We never see your card, your billing address or your Apple Account details.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, through reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines a refund you think is fair, write to me and I will take it up with them.
The 30-day money-back promise on the pricing page is ours, and it is honoured by asking Apple for the refund on your behalf when their own window has closed.
Your habit log stays on your device. We do not collect, receive, store or process it, which also means we cannot recover it for you if you delete the app without a backup.
The details are in the privacy policy, and it is short too.
The app is provided as it is. It is a habit tracker, not a medical, therapeutic or diagnostic tool, and nothing in it is health advice.
We do our best to keep it correct — the streak engine has a test suite precisely because a wrong streak is the one bug that would matter — but we cannot promise it will never have a defect or never be unavailable.
To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid for the app.
Do not decompile, resell, or redistribute the app, and do not try to bypass the paywall. Beyond that, use it however is useful to you.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a material change will be mentioned in the release notes.
