75 Hard Tracker
All six tasks, 75 days, in this browser. No account, no email field and nothing uploaded. It also implements the rule most trackers quietly drop: miss one task and the count goes back to day one.
6 TASKS · 75 DAYS · KEPT IN YOUR BROWSER
75 HARD
One missed task resets the whole run to day one. That is the programme, and it is the point of it.
MINIHABITS
A missed day spends a shield and the chain survives. That is miniHabits, and it is the opposite bet.
FAQ
What happens if I miss a task?
The programme says you start again at day one. That is its central rule and the reason it is called hard. This tracker implements it: mark a day incomplete and the counter resets. If that sounds wrong to you, it is worth knowing that is a deliberate design choice by the programme, not by us.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything is kept in this browser under a single key. There is no account, no upload and no email field. Clearing your site data ends the run, so do not use a private window for a 75 day programme.
Can I change the tasks?
Not here. The six are what the programme specifies, and a 75 Hard tracker that lets you swap them is tracking something else. If you want a protocol of your own shape, the miniHabits app does that with any number of habits and none of the all-or-nothing rules.
Why does this exist if the app does habits already?
Because 75 Hard is not how the app thinks. The app is built so a missed day does not erase the chain: streak shields exist precisely to stop that. This programme is the opposite bet. Both are defensible and they are not the same product, so this is a separate page rather than a mode.
Is this affiliated with 75 Hard?
No. 75 Hard is a programme created by Andy Frisella. This is an independent tracker for it, with no affiliation or endorsement.
75 HARD IS A PROGRAMME CREATED BY ANDY FRISELLA. THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT TRACKER, WITH NO AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT. THE RULES ABOVE ARE REPORTED AS THE PROGRAMME STATES THEM.
When the 75 days are done
Something has to carry on afterwards, and it should not be all-or-nothing. miniHabits is free for 10 habits, has five tracking modes, and the streak survives the day you miss.
